  • 8-12 years of experience in Staff Augmentation Lead 
  • Proven work Exp as managing &IT Staff Augment Services business 
  • Hands on Exp in BD, interaction with Domestic & International clients, gathering & understanding their Manpower Resource requirements 
  • Interact with clients on their resource requirements and document the required skills. 
  • Work on client documentation and understand the contract clauses. 
  • Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience. 
  • Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets. 
  • Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support. 
  • Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours. 
  • Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff. 
  • Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
