- 8-12 years of experience in Staff Augmentation Lead
- Proven work Exp as managing &IT Staff Augment Services business
- Hands on Exp in BD, interaction with Domestic & International clients, gathering & understanding their Manpower Resource requirements
- Interact with clients on their resource requirements and document the required skills.
- Work on client documentation and understand the contract clauses.
- Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.
- Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets.
- Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support.
- Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.
- Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
- Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
